Before going to the working of Internet I will make you understand that what is internet? It is the network of computers on a large scale connected internationally with other networks, computer from companies and universities.

It was an alarming issue before the notion of internet protocols.  People were in trouble about the designing of internet as it is a way for different kinds of computers all over the country to talk to one another. APRA solved this problem with internet protocols. As today we are well familiar with internet protocols: they are systems of fixed rules that standardize how something is done.

Internet protocols resemble game rules: they set up standard procedures for computers to follow so that they can communicate with each other.

Today different kinds of computers all over the country face a central problem in designing the internet protocols if it was it known to us yet. Due to the internet protocols everybody is with the knowledge of computers.
